I never thought about using ice!! Silly me!! I just took a deep breath and quickly stabbed the things in. If there is a next time, I'm using some ice!! I didn't really mind the Lupron and the other little shots, it was those darn progesteron shots that killed me!! Greg couldn't handle the thought of giving me a shot so it was all up to me. And since I'm right handed they all went into the right cheek.....EVERY SINGLE ONE!!! Talk about painful and sore....YIKES!! But again, you probably used ice....I see your wisdom with this process already!! We're praying for you :)
Oh, Celeste! you poor thing...yes, ice makes a HUGE difference...although those progesterone shots start to take their toll no matter how much ice you use...ouch. LOL
